by Administrator 8. April 2009 06:00

Crusader Energy Group Inc is a gas and oil producer based out of Oklahoma City. They operate in Oklahoma and Texas as well as parts of central US. On March 30, they filed for Chapter 11 bankruptcy in Dallas.

Now, one of the venture partners is trying to move the case from Dallas to Oklahoma City because the company is based more in Oklahoma than Texas. The company has listed $325.8 million in debts.
